Creative Director Tracey Simpson

Tracey leads our team of elite stylists. She is a seasoned professional with a trusted track record of over 12 years expertise and is hugely recognised within the industry as a global innovator in permanent makeup.

Tracey is responsible for formulating a highly accredited education programme that is used globally for training technicians in the art of permanent makeup. She is a consultant to Habia for the standards required for NVQ Level 4 Micro-pigmentation and is an advisor to the London Licensing Officers on micro-pigmentation health and safety. Tracey also sits on the panel experts for BABTAC as an authority in permanent makeup.

Senior Stylist Caroline Dent

Caroline has over five years experience working in the film and TV makeup industry. Pursuing her career in permanent makeup was a clear choice for Caroline and she has been part of Natural Enhancement’s team since 2005. It wasn’t long before our clients recognised Caroline’s talents also.

A firm favourite amongst celebrity clients, Caroline's makeup artistry skills make her one of the most talented permanent makeup technicians in her field. Caroline visits our various locations up and down the country and is a gifted and reassuring stylist who creates beautiful enhancements every time.

Caroline has also trained with the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals and is a certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional.

Senior Stylist Emily Strong

Emily has kept herself well ahead of her competition with the latest innovations in permanent make-up. Renowned for her precise Lip Perfection enhancements, her in-depth knowledge and expertise have been acknowledged by one London’s largest chains of skin-care clinics.

A methodical perfectionist who’s committed to her skill – and in her own words "going the extra mile for my clients".

Senior Stylist Silva Thenn

Silva joined our team of expert stylists over two years ago and continues to wow our clients with her must-have eyebrow enhancements. This has not gone unnoticed – as our Creative Director Tracey Simpson has commented, "Silva’s Brow Revival™ enhancements are incredible. She has a real talent!"

Silva originally trained as a permanent makeup artist in Germany and came to the Natural Enhancement Training Academy for continued education. Her talents were spotted by our trainers and she was soon advancing her skills as one of our Senior Stylists.

In Silva’s words, "It’s great that my passion allows me to give my clients back their confidence and beauty”.

Senior Stylist Vicky Martin

Vicky has been trained as a permanent makeup technician since 2001 and brings her wealth of knowledge and experience to our team of expert stylists this year to provide her expertise in permanent makeup training and treatments. She continues to perfect her skills by undertaking advanced training courses in Harley Street and Portland Oregon USA.

A caring and compassionate technician, Vicky works heavily on the medical micro-pigmentation side, specialising in treatments for alopecia and post-cancer clients.

In her own words, “I enjoy connecting and listening to my clients’ requirements and giving them back their natural features and confidence”.

Senior Stylist Dovilė Krutulytė

Dovilė joined our team of elite professionals last year, having worked as a trained permanent makeup artist since 2006. She began her career working in the US and Lithuania as both a beauty therapist and a permanent makeup technician.

In her own words, “I have worked with several permanent makeup companies in the past but have never been completely satisfied with their pigments or equipment and I was always looking for new techniques to improve the treatments I provide. I'm so happy I found and trained further with Natural Enhancement because we share the same view to the permanent makeup and it has fulfilled my expectations to get the results that I always wanted for my clients”.

Senior Stylist Alex Rice

In Alex's words, "I discovered permanent makeup 8 years ago after I had my first child. Previous to my pregnancy I had lovely full eyebrows, but my hormones ruined them which is very common! I had them enhanced which brought back my confidence and over the years I became increasingly impressed and fascinated with permanent makeup. I have since fallen in love with the profession and trained and qualified with Natural Enhancement”.

Alex’s background in Graphic Design teamed with her artistic flair provides a solid foundation for being a successful technician. Alex believes, “For me a face is a wonderful canvas, an eyebrow, for example is a piece of art, pigments are my palate".
