I just want to say how very happy I am with Emily's procedure today. As you know my eye-liner was really badly applied two years ago and has been upsetting me ever since. I have been SO reluctant to ever let anyone work on my eyes again and the lengths I have to go to every single morning to cover it up are unbelievable.
I arrived today, extremely nervous and apprehensive. I came armed with a long line of questions and concerns that I had written down and I was worried that it would seem rude and difficult of me to read them all out to my practitioner. But the second I met her I was instantly impressed by her warmth, her friendly smile and the way she really seemed to listen to every single word I was saying without once being impatient or interrupting me.
She had such a lovely manner about her and she listened to everything I had to say and then discussed all the options with me. I felt so at ease and happy.
The actual procedure was very comfortable and she explained each and every single step of the procedure which made me feel incredibly relaxed and confident.
What impressed me most of all was the way she managed (and goodness knows how) to blend my atrocious tattoo from two years ago ~ done by somebody from a different company ~ and make my eyelashes look like they had an absolutely perfect and beautiful line from one lash to the other. You can hardly see the old tattoo even though it was really wobbly and uneven on both eyes. She is clearly a perfectionist and an extremely talented young girl and it I am happy beyond words.
She is an exceptional testament to your company and I will definitely be coming back for further procedures. I am sincerely grateful to her and to your company.

You can imagine that I was very apprehensive when making my appointment and finally arriving at the Natural Enhancement Clinic in Chiswick London. I need not have worried. My nerves disappeared as soon as I was greeted by staff and saw how delightful everybody was and when that goodwill was extended to me.
All staff, from administration to technicians were pleasant to be with and competent in their jobs which was instrumental in producing a congenial and cooperative environment.
Thank you for making me feel welcome, important, and of course for producing my brilliant eyebrows.
I am saving for the next enhancement and will recommend you to everyone interested.

Thank you very much again for the time, patience care you took with my follow up lip blush procedure last Saturday.
I wanted to let you know that after the anaesthetic wore off so did the swelling so within just a few hours it was all looking very much better! Now I have experienced the lips procedure twice I fully understand in less than 24 hours the swelling is minimal and looks fine.
After just 3 days I am very pleased with the results and have had compliments already. I really like the shape and colour you have given me, so thank you once again.
