What does a permanent makeup technician do?

Initial Consultation

The first step is to have a consultation with a technician. During this consultation, clients will discuss their needs and the qualified technician will suggest the most suitable treatment options to achieve the desired results. Meet our team.

If a client is looking for fuller, more natural brows to fill out sparse areas, then the technician may recommend microblading as this mimics natural hair. Tones and pigments will be considered too.

Please contact Natural Enhancement to make a booking.

Your natural colourings, face shape and desired look are all carefully considered before creating a template for the treatment.

The client's general health will also be discussed to find out about any issues that may prevent the treated area from healing properly. Lastly, the technician will take any necessary photos, discuss payment options and will set a date for the procedure to take place.

Treatment

On average, a permanent makeup artist will have around 3-4 clients a day, all of which they have met before to discuss the clients options / results.

Most treatments take around two hours and take around 10 days to heal properly. A complimentary tune-up appointment is scheduled one month after initial treatment. Aftercare products included.

A Biotek digital handheld machine is used to trace over the created template. This will ensure that pigment is infused evenly and in the right areas. Your stylist will show you your new brows and you can say if you would like them longer or thicker.

Natural Enhancement stylists work until you are completely satisfied with the results. Take a look at a clients experience.

Our technicians will give clients complimentary aftercare products including a moisturising balm which should be applied to treatment area at least three times a day. This will encourage the healing process. Click here.

Tune-up Appointment

A touch-up appointment is necessary for the technician to observe the results and make any required adjustments. This also ensures that the client is happy with the results.

We suggest that all clients should book in for touch-ups every 12 months.
